Rob C. Wiesenmayer, II graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance in 1989. Thereafter, he attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School and graduated with his Juris Doctor degree in 1992. Attorney Wiesenmayer was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1992, and over the last 17-years Attorney Wiesenmayer has focused his legal practice on defending the Constitutional rights of people who are accused of a crime, especially those arrested for alcohol-related offenses.
In 2006, Attorney Wiesenmayer opened his sole practice of Rob C. Wiesenmayer, II Law Offices in Sidney, Ohio. He continues to focus on criminal defense litigation, and has been certified as an expert in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing through the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration. This is the same training that law enforcement must take to prepare them for DUI arrests. Attorney Wiesenmayer is a member of: the Ohio State Bar Association; the Auglaize County Bar Association (Past President); the Shelby County Bar Association; the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; and the Ohio Association for Justice. Attorney Wiesenmayer represents clients on alcohol-related offenses in Allen, Auglaize, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby Counties.
