Mr. Marrocco is a 1994 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, he amassed a strong trial advocacy background in all areas of criminal law (federal and state) and domestic relations.
In representing criminal defendants, Mr. Marrocco brings a unique insight to his advocacy. Mr. Marrocco draws on over a decade of general trial practice experience as well as his prosecutorial experience in handling thousands of criminal / traffic matters, including extensive jury trial experience, during his tenure as Assistant Prosecutor to maximize his client’s chances of a successful outcome.
Mr. Marrocco is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, Delaware County Bar Association, Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Central Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is admitted to practice before the Ohio Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. The focus of Mr. Marrocco’s practice is traffic/criminal defense.
